How to use it.

This tongue scraper will clean, refresh, and improve your oral and overall health in a simple way. Use the tongue scraper twice a day: in the morning, to ensure maximum fresh breath during the day, and at night, to go to sleep with as little bacteria as possible in your mouth.

The scraper is a two-parter: use the wide end to clean the entire width of the tongue, and the narrow end to remove plaque and stubborn bacteria from the middle and deep part of the tongue (the middle strip, so to speak). Scrape gently, not too hard or too fast, across the entire tongue, from back to front.
